[TRANS] I was picked during today’s Genie time~~~!! When Junsu turned toward my side and looked for someone to choose, I raised up my arm, saying “Here~Me, Me~!”…At the moment, Junsu’s eyes was twinkling and he looked at me as if his eyes said, “Huh~ Mom~?” then, pointed at me~lol I’m well aware of fans’ hearts so I encouraged myself though I was shy…I abandoned myself ㅠ for fans…So, in celebration of being selected (by JS), I’m giving you a photo~lol

The hard work and dedication JYJ’s Junsu (XIA) is putting into his Japanese tour are obvious in recently released BTS photos of his dance practice.

C-JeS Entertainment stated on the 9th, “Junsu successfully wrapped up the first concert of his Japanese tour in Nagoya on the 8th. In response to the Japanese fans’ hot interest, Junsu’s practice photos have been unveiled. Though Junsu is halfway done with his Asia tour, he is still doing his best during dance practice, and he checked everything one-by-one during his live rehearsal for over two hours, showcasing his unbeatable passion.”
The label also commented that Junsu’s sincere and passionate performances during the three-hour concert were noticed by his Japanese fans, and his dancers and band gave 120% on stage.
Junsu himself shared, “Because this is my first solo stage in Japan, I feel a sense of responsibility as a JYJ member, and the energy from my Japanese fans who I am meeting for the first time in a long time is overwhelming. I will do my best for the remaining two days of my Nagoya concert and Yokohama concert next week.”
Junsu will continue on his Japanese tour in Nagoya until October 10 and Yokohama from October 14-16.

[NEWS] 131008 JYJ’s Kim Junsu Wins Popular Star Award at the Musical Awards

Taking home another prize, JYJ’s Kim Junsu proved his standing as a hot star in the musical world.
On October 7, the 19th Annual Korean Musical Awards took place at the Kyunghee University Peace Hall, where Kim Junsu took home the Popular Star Award. This recent award makes it the fourth time in a row that Kim Junsu was given this award ever since his musical debut.
Wearing a white suit, Kim Junsu thanked the audience, saying, “I came to present the Best Actor Award but I’m very happy to receive this award.”
Remembering the audience members that always made his shows sold out, Kim Junsu added, “I always say this, but I believe that I’m receiving this award because of the power of the audience.”
Other stars who also received the Popular Star Awards also mentioned Kim Junsu, raising attention.
Cho Seung woo said, “I didn’t know I would receive this award. I’m thankful to receive this award with Junsu.” Also receiving the award, Ock Joo Hyun said, “Because Junsu came into the musical world, the participation in voting at a musical awards has become very active. Junsu, thank you.”
Meanwhile, the Best Actor and Actress Awards went to Les Miserables’s Jung Sung Hwa and Aida’s Jung Sun Ah.
