I just feel nothing else but shock with the sudden obituary news.
From my heart, I express best wishes for his soul
He was still young it seems.
Apparently Yuchun was also the first to rush there.
This person is like a brother who always definitely was by his side,
so Yuchun’s shock must have been huge I’m sure?
A manager who overcame those tough times together with him you see
This is such a pity.
Park-san is someone who seems a kind person even by just looking at him.
And he was filmed quite a lot in 3V2.
I also got a call from my wife who was crying on the phone.
For her case, there were a lot more contacts with him so she must have been remembering those moments.
At Ryoukoku (T/N’s note: the Japanese sumo wrestlers’ competition stadium where JYJ held the charity concert for Japan 311 victims), he was watching the performance together with us right at the back.
When he saw my wife crying emotionally then, he asked WHY ARE YOU CRYING? with a smile I heard.
She kept remembering this and that like a revolving lantern…
He probably felt the worst having to leave his mother behind like this.

More than 10 billion won went into the production costs for SBS ‘Three Days’ that is looking to be on the small screen in February next year. It is the drama to follow after ‘The Man From the Stars’ starring Jun Ji-hyun and Kim Soo-hyun.
Continuously successful with drama ‘Sign’, ‘Ghost’ and more of the same genre, named as ‘Korean thriller”s best is writer Kim Eun Hee who took on the writing. She draws the climactic story of a bodyguard who struggles to protect the President and himself from the danger of being shot at while they are away enjoying a vacation.
Park Yuchun will show off a masculine appeal taking the role of the Security Service’s elite bodyguard Han Tae-Kyung who does not even missing a wind noise. At the news of his return, love calls were reportedly to have arrived to the production company already from foreign Asian and European buyers. Son Hyun-joo, Yoon Je-moon, So E-hyun, Park Ha-sun and the rest of the cast are also outstanding.

It was revealed that JYJ’s Jaejoong was predicted to win Synnara Record‘s Grand Music Award for 2013 according to the results of a poll.
Jaejoong’s agency C-JeS Entertainment said on November 27, “Synnara Record held a poll from October 29 to November 26 to see who the people predicted would win the 2013 Grand Music Award and Jaejoong came in first place. In this poll, which was under the title of ’2013 Predicted Grand Music Award,’ Jaejoong got his name in first place and proved his popularity. In addition, he had gotten second place on Germany’s Asian music chart and first place for three weeks straight in the Korean portion of the biggest Chinese MV site Yinyuetai‘s V-Chart, proving himself without a doubt to be popular both in and out of Korea.“
Jaejoong had recently released a studio album ‘WWW: Who, When, Why,’ using rock as the grounds for an eclectic range of music. He had been attracting a lot of attention for this album and doing well on the charts in countries all over the world. He is currently on an Asian tour and will be performing in Nanjing, China on December 7 and Osaka, Japan on December 17-18.

It was confirmed belatedly that popular idol group JYJ (Park Yuchun Kim Junsu Kim Jaejoong) filed a lawsuit against a domestic publishing house. For violation of publicity rights, a lawsuit was raised against Publisher A who used their photos without permission.
According to court records, JYJ members Park Yuchun (27), Kim Junsu (26), Kim Jaejoong (27) has filed a lawsuit in Sep 2012 against Publisher A for using their photos without permission and are asking for 40M KRW for damages.
The court in response said, “JYJ’s justification of the payment has been deemed lawful” But the publisher side has raised an objection, hence the litigation is still on going.
Publisher A, who specializes in entertainment magazines, has featured photos of JYJ members on the cover of the magazine. C-JeS entertainment has confirmed its unauthorized distribution and has asked the publisher to stop the sale and shipment of the product, but the publisher reportedly did not respond.
For the agency side, the publisher has violated publicity rights, so they filed a lawsuit to claim for damages which has now become a legal battle.
There is a recent growing trend of infringement cases filed by celebrities.
JYJ has a tough stance on rights infringement issues. Agency told Star news that, “The current situation is that this company A is bankrupt and we will act accordingly. But we will pursue with legal actions if such incidents occur again.”

C-JeS said it’s okay to use photos for news or press releases but these magazines have published multiple A4 size* photos which is an infringement of publicity rights. These publishers also print a special edition magazine full of JYJ photos that is separate from the main magazine itself.
