Park Yuchun Screen Screen Debut.

Park Yuchun will star in production director Bong Joon Ho’s blockbuster movie “Sea Fog” (directed by Shim Sung-Bo)
On the 19th, many sources revealed that Park Yuchun have confirmed to appear in “Sea Fog” and is still in the stage of contract signing.
A related person said to a newspaper,  “ According to what I know, after Park Yuchun’s side and the producers have made a discussion, they have confirmed that he will act in the movie.
Park Yuchun will play the role of crewman, Dong Shik, together with veteran actor, Kim Yoon Seok, whose character was confirmed earlier to play the lead role as the ship captain.
Dong Shik is an attractive role that many 20 to 30 year old actors aspire on portraying. And finally, after beating the other candidates, Park Yuchun got the role.
Park Yuchun’s acting abilities will be shown through “Sea Fog” as he takes on the silver screen. After his debut, although he had made some special performances in parts of a movie, but the chance to actually participate in it is lesser. And this time, it is officially his first time to take on a lead role in a movie.
Based on “Missing You”, “Rooftop Prince”, “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” and other numerous drama performances, and with his acting abilities and his “box office” records, he is now taking on the silver screen with his first movie, which is gaining much attention.
On the other hand, Sea Fog is receiving much attention for it will be the first movie to be produced by Director Bong Joon Ho who directed the hit movie “Snowpiercer”.  Also, Shim Sung-Bo, who is the screenwriter of “Memories of Murder”, will direct the movie and this will be his directing debut.
The movie is based on the original 2007 stage play “Sea Fog” and is about the story of the sea crews dealing with stowaways in the vast open sea. The huge production costs makes this movie the much-awaited film for 2014. And from Chungmuro representative Kim Yoon Seok to Park Yuchun, this movie is attracting much attention around the industry. Filming is forecasted to start by mid October.
